Request PCF Formula Breakout Up - Volume Climax

I would appreciate a PCF Formula with the Breakout Up signal on the Volume Climax indicator at very short notice.

My vague recollection is that volume climax calculations require tick, bid, and ask data to calculatie correctly. There is no way to include all of this information in a formula in the current version of TC2000.

If you have a source for simpler calculations than I am remembering, please post a link and I will take a look and see if it is possible.
