I noticed that I have a TC folder in my documents folder with two sub-folders Data and User. The Data folder has 4 files and one sub-folder. The name of the sub-folder is OSy and it has a lot of numbered files from 0 to 994. What are these files and do I need them?

It is the options symbols... if you delete the files, they will come back pretty quickly.
