Would it be possible to PCF an indicator, that returns the percentage of the S&P 500 stocks that is above their 50 day moving average? similar to the symbol T2107. thanks.

I can't think of any way to do that as indicator which would plot over time in TC2000.

About the best you could do is create scan and look at the number of symbols at the bottom of the WatchList or use the condition count report feature. If you don't need a list of symbols, then the condition count report would probably be better.
