I have had this thing installed for months, no issues, and now all of the sudden it will not even open.  The intial prompts start up but only for two seconds, then nothing.  I have tried an uninstall and reinstall, no luck. Any help will be much appreciated!

Try rebooting your modem from scratch.

thanks but no luck.  Like I said, was working fine since I installed, no issues until today and no other changes or OS upgrades to my cpu

Can you load/use/access other web pages. If not, you may have to have your internet provider check your connection and your modem.

everything else, internet and all other programs I use are running just fine.  Thank you....

and of course the worst part is.......tech support not available.  Go figure
