Is there a way to find out RSI for a custom time frame against SPX?

If you want it against SPX, I am going to assume you are interested in a plain Relative Strength (RS) indicator and not a Relative Strength Index (RSI) indicator.
Add the Relative Strength (RS) indicator to the chart and then add a Rate of Change Percent (ROC%) indicator to the chart and change its Data Source to use the Relative Strength (RS) indicator instead of using Price History.

I don't know if you want to adjust the settings of the RSI or the ROC%, but the process is pretty much the same either way.
