Does TC have or have any intention on having volume delta bars , so that they show either green or red depending on if byer came to the ASK or seller came down to the BID . Instead of being green if the price bar close higher or lower ?

No, we do not  have that information.

Do you know with the new version if you can make compasite symbole , meaning adding 4 or 5 symbole into a watchlist then adding them together to make ONE cndlesstick bar or line bar of the combined symboles

It is not possible to create this type of composite symbol in any version of TC2000 currently.
