 I have downloaded a second copy of Telechart 2005 onto my laptop. Is there a synchronization method to keep my desktop and laptop synched?
If not, are there particular files/directories I can copy that will include my watchlists/chart templates/personal critera/scans?

 Yes, you can use the backup/restore function and the Worden Servers to transfer your info. Check out this video to get an idea of how easy that is:
