Hi Bruce,
Reading Mark Boucher's trading course from way back when, he cites a scan he used:
In the Top RS list, I have isolated stocks that meet 3 technical and fundamental criteria. They are:
• Technical: Ranked in the top 15%-20% of Relative Strength.
• Technical: Making new highs.
• Fundamental: Ranked in the top 15%-20% of Earnings.
Can this be duplicated in TC2000?
Cheers,
John

You can add the Ranked in the top 15-20% of Relative Strength and Earnings items to an EasyScan by selecting Add Condition in the Edit tab of the EasyScan, choosing the desired condition, setting it to Ranks 80% to Max.
You will use Relative Strength 1-Yr (vs SP-500) for the Relative Strength EasyScan Condition and Earnyngs 1-Yr for the Earnings EasyScan Condition.
How to Create an EasyScan and save it to the Library
You can click on price on the chart and select Create Scan Condition to create a condition for a New High. Set At X Bar High as desired. You can use 250 or 252 as good proxies for one year if the time frame is set to daily.
Create Conditions from Your Chart (5:25)
