If I have a list of symbols set up with the same Condition Alert, and I edit the PCF that defines the condition, do the Alerts then reflect the edited PCF?

No, the alerts are using a copy of the condition which is not linked to the original in any way.
That same thing happens if you create a trendline alert and then move the trendline because the alert is using a copy that isn't actually linked to the original trendline.
