Is it possible to write a condition formula that includes fundamental data?
For example, I want a condition formula that gives me Close > 5 and Price Volatility < 100
or Return on Equity > 0.

It is not possible to create a Condition Formula based on fundamentals as there is not syntax for referencing fundamentals in the Personal Criteria Formula Language.
You would need to add the fundamental to an EasyScan if you want to scan based on a fundamental.
