Is there to check which company had a biggest increase (both $ and %) in capitalization, for last Q and last year ?

Thanks

Start by adding Capitalization to the chart.

How to add an indicator to a chart template

Then add a Rate of Change indicator to the chart (plain if you want $ or Percent if you want %).

You will want to change the period of the ROC indicator to be either about a quarter or about a year in the time frame you are viewing. A quarter would be about 63 days, 13 weeks or 3 months. A year would be about 252 days, 52 weeks or 12 months.

How to edit an Indicator

You will then need to change the Data Source to use the Capitalization indicator on the chart instead of Price History.

How to change the data source for an Indicator

You can then click on the ROC indicator and select Create Scan Condition to create a condition based on the indicator.

Create Conditions from Your Chart (5:25)

Or use the ROC indicator as a sort.
