As of the 7/13 close, my QQQQ daily chart (chart includes price, 50 day SMA, and 200 day SMA) shows 50 day SMA at 37.31 and 200 day SMA at around 37.03. My simple PCF for QQQQ is: AVGC50 > AVGC200
The PCF test result for AVGC50 is 37.31 (agrees with chart), but the result for AVGC200 is 37.41, which disagrees with the daily chart. The test was false, but should have been true according to the daily chart. I don't understand the discrepancy for 200 day SMA.

Based on my tests, it seems your charts are probably set with a 200-Period Simple Moving Average of a 50-Period Simple Moving Average of Price instead of a 200-Period Simple Moving Average of Price and a 50-Period Simple Moving Average of Price.
Select Chart Template | Edit.
The editing Chart Template Window probably looks like this:
Prices -Moving Average - 50 bars - Simple --Moving Average - 200 bars - Simple
It should look like this:
Prices -Moving Average - 50 bars - Simple -Moving Average - 200 bars - Simple
You will need to delete the current 200-Period SMA and add it to Price by selecting the blue plus sign next to Price. The following videos should help:
