The Condition Formula would be exactly the same, you would just change the time frame of the formula.
There is a time frame setting in the Edit Formula window when you create or edit a Personal Criteria Formual. This sets the default time frame of the formula. So when you first use the formula in the layout, it should use this default.
You can also edit the time frame of the formula where it is used. For example, you can click on an EasyScan Condition in the Edit tab of the EasyScan to change its time frame in the EasyScan. You can right-click on the name of the WatchList Column at the top of the WatchList and select Edit to change its time frame in the WatchList.

If you in fact understand my reply than I do not in fact understand your question.
The formula is exactly the same no matter if you are using daily, weekly or monthly. Only the time frame of the formula changes.
