does TC2000 carry OTC stocks data

Yes, but you would need to select Tools | Add/Remove Exchanges and then check Pink Sheets and Bulletin Boards to view them in TC2000 version 12.4.

Bruce-thanks I was able to setup Pink sheets and OTC stocks on Version 12.5 (hoping I can create scan criteria that would work to pickup recent breakouts like CNBX...)...also since most of my pre-built scans are in version 7 is there a way to setup data for OTC and Pink sheet stocks in Version 7 (Gold)..? Thanks for any help!

No, OTC stocks are not available in version 7.
