Bruce is it possible to write a PDF Condition: SGN for a Stochastic 12 %K3
 
crossing up or down the  23.6 Stoc Level
 
and also up or down the 76.4 Stoc level

I'm not quite sure if this is what you are asking or not, but please try the following for the 23.6 level.

SGN(STOC12.3 - 23.6) <> SGN(STOC12.3.1 - 23.6)

And the following for the 76.4 level.

SGN(STOC12.3 - 76.4) <> SGN(STOC12.3.1 - 76.4)
