In an earlier version of TC 2000 there was a video demonstrating how you could mark the chart when true conditions were met. Is this kind of back testing available in the later versions of the program?

The Percent True indicator in TC2000 version 7 is called the Custom PCF % True Indicator in TC2000 version 12.4. You would add it to the chart in the same way you would add any other indicator.

Shouldn't I be able to plot a Custom % True indicator from the condition library. I can copy them manually. What you say?

Perhaps I didn't make myself clear. I wanted to use "cut and paste" to copy conditions to the Custom % True indicator on the chart. I can copy conditions manually.

You can use copy and paste to copy the contents of a Condition Formula in the Library into a Custom PCF % True Indicator. You need to edit the Condition Formula, highlight the formula and then copy it (you can either right-click and select copy or use ctrl-c).
You will need to use ctrl-v to paste the formula into the Boolean Formula box in the Edit Formula window of the Custom PCF % True Indicator because there is no ability to right-click to select Paste in this window.
