 3 questions:
 1) Am considering buying a Dell tablet w/ Win 8.1 to use pretty-much exclusively for  "breakfast with Stockcharts."  I believe that a single user is allowed to have TC installed simulaneously on 2 computers.  Is this correct?
 2) How do TC 12.4 and Windows 8.1 get along?  Quirks or glitches I should know about?
 3) Never used a tablet - I assume that the full version of TC works on this configuration.
 Thanks in advance.

TC2000 version 7 is limited to be installed on two computer for non-simultaneous use but TC2000 version 12.4 can be installed on as many computers as you want. You can only run one copy of TC2000 version 12.4 at a time however.
I use TC2000 version 12.4 on Windows 8.1 without any issues. I cannot think of anything specific to Windows 8.1 which affects TC2000 version 12.4.
Just make sure the tablet you are buying runs a full version of Windows 8.1 and not Windows 8.1 RT (as the RT version does not have Silverlight available - which is required for the full version of TC2000 version 12.4).
