Since December 23, 2013 I am showing a data error on the Russell Index with a high daily print at around 1213 price level. This is warping my charts. How can this error be resolved?

Thank you for reporting the issue. I have forwarded your report to our data department for further review as they will need to make the correction. There is no way for you to change any data on your own.

All three Russell indexes show high for the 23rd. It looks like eSignal made an adjustment to RUT but not RUI or RUA. The Russell Index site shows a 52-week high for RUT as $1213.49 which matches our high on the 23rd.  Still investigating.

Bruce-Can you (or other subscribers) offer a PCF for the Mesa Stochastic Indicator with Super Smoother Filter as discussed in John Ehler's recent article "Predictive and Successful Indicators", Stocks and Commodities January 2014?

Hi Bruce, I am noticing that the error was fixed on the daily chart, however, it still appears on timeframes shorter than the daily (hourly & minute charts).
