Hello. Am hoping someone has a PCF of Wilders RSI(14) crossing up over some simple moving average of the Wilder RSI(14).  I'm looking to do a screen of say all stocks where Wilders RSI(14) crosses up over its 28 day simple average today.  Is this possible?  From there is possible to then create an alert on a specific stock hitting that criteria?  Thank you.

You can create a Condition Formula for a plain RSI indicator without Wilder's smoothing crossing up through its own 28-period simple moving average:

PCF Formula Descriptions

RSI14 > RSI14.28 AND RSI14.1.1 <= RSI14.28.1

But a similar Condition Formula for a Wilder's Smoothed RSI is too long and slow to be practical or post in the forums.

That said, if you are using TC2000 version 12.3, you can can just add the RSI and its moving average to the chart and then click on the RSI and select Create Scan Condition to create a Condition for this.
