I'm looking to identify stocks in my Personal Criteria Formula that:

 

1) are priced above $50/share

2) closed lower than the open

3) the closing price was below the midpoint of the high-low range

Please try the following Condition Formula:

C > 50 AND C < O AND 2 * C < H + L
