Hi Michael.
I am very curious how this can be done. Can you explain more please?
The problem I am trying to solve is to have a web browser display data automatically as I space bar through an easyscan. Can this be done with what you are describing?
Many thanks,
Raj

This is relatively trivial in StockFinder. Just select Research | Web Browsers and choose the desired website to have it automatically change based on the selected symbol.
There are quite a few built in browsers designed to do this and they are not that difficult to modify for other websites.
It is not possible to do this in TC2000 however.

Yes, TC2000 and StockFinder require separate data subscriptions if you are not already grandfathered into a plan which includes both.

The website seems to expect the symbol to be in lowercase and breaks when it is in uppercase instead. I do not know of a way around this as there isn't a block for changing to lowercase and there isn't a way to make a custom code block which both takes in and outputs text.

I do know if this can help
The link below is for a different page from the same nasdaq website that works in SF as you space bar through symbols.

That particular page works if you use lower or upper case. The institutional holdings page does not. You can actually just type in the lower and upper case versions in place of the {Sym} to see what happens on your own.
