1. It seems only price data after Jan 1, 2011 are available on daily chart. How to display March 2009 price data on daily chart?
2.I have monthly, weekly and daily charts all linked together by symbol. Once I click a price bar on the monthly chart, is there a way for the weekly and daily chart to automatically display the corresponding price bars? (Thus after click on the price bar for Jan 2012 on monthly chart, the weekly chart automatically display the price bars around Jan 2012 period.)
3. How to display 5min price data that is more that are more than 5 days ago on the 5min chart? (Say, display 5min data for April 15, 2013 QQQ on 5min chart)
Thanks very much!

All time frames in TC2000 version 12.3 are limited to the most recent 500 bars of data. You cannot view data that is older than 500 bars in any time frame. So to view "old" data, you need to use a longer time frame.
If you want to view daily data older than 500 bars, you could install TC2000 version 7. There is well over 20 years of daily data available in TC2000 version 7 if the symbol has been around that long.

There is no way currently to sync the scroll and zoom of multiple charts. When you change time frames, the chart should retain the same zoom (number of bars) and will attempt to get the right edge of the chart as close to the same time and date as possible. Note that since there are only 500-bars of data in any given time frame, this may not be possible if you are switching to a shorter time frame.
