Is there an equivalent stop like ATR Stop to use for a Short trade?

There isn't a way to create an indicator based on a specific position in TC2000, but the built in Volatility Stop indicator might be close enough to do what you want. It uses ATR as its measure of volatility and there is a link to the calculations used in the referenced help file.

In the Volatility Stop indicator the dot is placed the specified multiple of ATR from the current price extreme on the opposite side of price. While the Volatility Stop will not retreat, it continues to be placed this same multiple away from the most extreme price reached until the stop is violated.
In the Parabolic Stop and Reverse indicator the dot is placed at a recent extreme on the same side of price. The gap between the extreme of price and the dot is reduced by a multiple at each bar so that it gets closer and closer to the current extreme until the stop is violated.

For both PSAR and VStop, when is it considered that the stop is violated? Is it at the point when a dot moves between the top and the bottom of the price?

The stop is violated when price crosses through the dot, but saying that the dot moves into price would be another way of thinking about it.

What is a likely VStop parameter for the Daily chart, 15 min, and 5 min., respectively. Are they all 20 and 2.00? Thanks

The trainers can't give setting, interpretation or investment advice. You may want to ask the question in the Stock and Market Talk forums where other traders are more likely to see it.
