What would be the syntax for the ATR indicator in a condition formula? I can't just create a condition scan directly from the chart since I want to do a calculation such as ATR6 is less than half of the value of ATR100. Thanks for your assistance.

ATR isn't part of the Personal Criteria Formula Language. The PCF Formula Descriptions topic contains a fairly comprehensive list of the syntax which is valid in a PCF.
A Condition Formula to check for a 6-Period Average True Range being less than half the value of a 100-Period Average True Range which would match the charts in TC2000 version 12.3 could be written as:
