The value is the ratio of the width of the Bollinger Bands to the centerline of the Bollinger Bands. The value is not expressed as a percentage. In the case of Simple Bollinger Bandwidth 20, 2.00, this would be the ratio of 4 times the 20-Period Standard Deviation of Closing Prices to the 20-Period Simple Moving Average of Closing Prices.

You would need to create that as a Custom PCF Indicator. In the case of Bollinger Bands 20, 2.00, an Indicator Formula for this could be written as:
4 * SQR(ABS(C ^ 2 + C1 ^ 2 + C2 ^ 2 + C3 ^ 2 + C4 ^ 2 + C5 ^ 2 + C6 ^ 2 + C7 ^ 2 + C8 ^ 2 + C9 ^ 2 + C10 ^ 2 + C11 ^ 2 + C12 ^ 2 + C13 ^ 2 + C14 ^ 2 + C15 ^ 2 + C16 ^ 2 + C17 ^ 2 + C18 ^ 2 + C19 ^ 2 - 20 * AVGC20 ^ 2) / 20)
