Right-click on the value scale and select Add Horizontal Pointer. Then right-click on the Horizontal Pointer and select Block Diagram. Then left-click and drag and on the Number input to the Pointer Value Block and choose Link From Another Tool | Main Chart.Latest Price (or Data-Feeds | Prices | Latest Price).

Bruce,

there is a question mark in front of the pointer value block, is that normal?  after i choose the link from another tool latest price, the line disappeared (it was red line).

please help me out what step i done wrong.

Yes, the question mark is normal. It means it isn't connected to anything yet.

If the red line disappeared, it is probably displaying a price that is not currently on the visible portion of the chart for some reason. Try expanding the visible portion of the chart and/or dragging the visible portion of the chart all the way to the right.

There are options as to what to connect to the Pointer Value Block besides Latest Price. You could right-click in the Block Diagram and select Data From Other Tools | Price History (or Data-Feeds | Prices) instead. You won't be able to connect either directly into the Pointer Value Block however. You will need to run them through a Last Value in Series to convert the Date & Bar Series data into a single value.

i click on the wrong main chart .latest price.  the one for comparison.
