TC2000 not loading Rate this Topic:

I use TC2000 on 3 different machines. Recently I changed the password to my profile and none of the Worden products will load on my MacBook. I tried TC2000.app, tc2000.com and freestockcharts.com - nothing, just a white screen. I reset my browser, reloaded multiple times, still nothing. I am a TC2000 Gold subscriber.

[Support - Jeremy] This would be a Microsoft Silverlight issue, especially since FreeStockCharts.com, which is also a Silverlight powered program, is also affected. Removing Silverlight and reinstalling it should fix the problem . Please save the following file to your computer: ftp://nero.worden.com/OSX/SilverlightRemover.dmg. Run it to remove Microsoft Silverlight. Then reboot your computer. Do not skip this step. After that go to the Silverlight install page at http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default.aspx That will install Silverlight 5. Lastly go back to www.tc2000.com. The page should load normally now. You can run TC2000 Version 12 in your browser or click on the Install button to install the Out of Browser version.

[Support - Jeremy] After reinstalling Silverlight you can also test by going to www.FreeStockCharts.com as well. If that page loads normally, TC2000 Version 12 shouldn't have a problem either at that point. 

[Support - Jeremy] If you need to save these steps to review after the reboot you can copy and paste your chat log into a text editor and save it.

I have reinstalled silverlight as per above, restarted my computer, and still no joy (tc2000 will not load). I am running a macbookpro with Mavericks. Any suggestions? Problem began when I tried to upgrade to the latest version of TC2000.
