I am using Platinum TC2000 Version 12.2
Any Easy Way to Create Scan for Balance of Power
~ Previous "15 Bars" in 5-Min Chart and All "15 Bars" Greater than 99
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I know that click on "Create Scan Condition" of Balance of Power
Greater Than: 99
Time Frame: 5 Minutes
But how to make the Previous 15 Bars?

- Create a Custom PCF % True Indicator.
-- Period: 15
-- Average Type: Simple
-- Boolean Formula: BOP > 99
- Click on the Custom PCF % True Indicator and select Create Scan Condition.
-- Set the Condition to Greater Than.
-- Set Greater Than to 99.

I follow your instructions, but I cannot get any result. I try to LOWER the conditions to Period=5 and BOP>50; Still cannot get any result. Why?

Yes, it should be BOP for Balance of Power instead of MS.
I do not know why it would not be working for you. I currently get 119 items on a 15-Minute Time Frame in my EasyScan when the List to Scan is set to US Common Stocks.
The number of items can change rather quickly.
Try right-clicking on the Custom PCF % True indicator and select Show Values in WatchList. Choose "& Sort" when adding the WatchList. Do any of the symbols return 100%?

In Custom PCF % True Indicator.
If I want Balance of Power > 99, the formula is pretty easy. Boolean Formula: BOP > 99
How about if I want Money Flow Index (14) > 50 And Wilder's RSI (14) > 50
Any way to look up those indicators formula? Because asking too many questions may be embarrassing.

The PCF Formula Descriptions topic contains a fairly comprehensive list of the syntax which is valid in the Personal Criteria Formula Language. That said, the Money Flow Index and a Wilder's Smoothed RSI are not represented. You could search the forums to try and find formulas.

Actually being greater than 50 is a special case for Wilder's RSI. You would need the entire formula to test against any other value, but you should be able to shorten the versus 50 case significantly to:
