A Personal Criteria Formula for the 55-Period High could be written as:
MAXH55
A PCF for the 20-Period Low could be written as:
MINL20
Neither of these would work as the Boolean Formula in a Percent True indicator however because they return numeric values instead of returning true or false.
A PCF for a 55-Period New High could be written as:
H > MAXH54.1
A PCF for a 20-Period New Low could be written as:
L < MINL19.1
A PCF for the High of the current bar being at the 55-Period High could be written as:
H = MAXH55
A PCF for the Low of the current bar being at the 20-Period Low could be written as:
L = MINL20

Here is PCF for the percentage of days of a 55 day high over the last 55 days. It counts the number of days that Hx> MaxH54.x+1 and divides by the number of evaluations, in this case 55. It is dividing by -55 as each boolean expression evaluates to -1 for true and zero for false. So the sum of the -1s divided by a negative will yield a positive %.
