Latest Float is one of the availble built in fundamental system criteria.

Latest Float - Latest shares outstanding minus shares held by insiders.

You can use it as a WatchList Column and Sort or as an EasyScan Condition.

Just to confirm - Latest Float is in 1,000s, yes? So if I want to scan for a float less than 5 million I need to enter 5000.

You cannot include Latest Float or Capitalization in a PCF as the Personal Criteria Formula Language does not have syntax for referencing fundamentals.

Latest Float is in units of 1000:

Latest Float - Shares outstanding minus shares held by insiders. Reported in 1000's.

So 5 million would be 5000.

Bruce when I go to make that. EASY SCANS
And opens up the criteria window,
I know have the 4 things.
What do you recommend greater than? Lower then.
Or risk when I go from.RANKS  to 50%. I 90%.
Um when I don't have to put the number in there.
In the greater than. Please get back thank you.
Thank you Bruce.

If you are getting error messages, please contact technical support.

We cannot actually make recommendations as to what indicators, criteria or settings you should use, but if you are interested in low float you would use less than and if you are interested in high float you would use greater than.

Latest Float is defined as latest shares outstanding minus shares held by insiders.

RANKS compares the value to the values of other symbols in the WatchList against which the RANK is currently set. So if the RANK is 50, the value is higher than 50% of the symbols in that WatchList.
