Is there a way of creating an indicator that would show this as well as the previous days high and low?
Thanks

No, it is not. The Personal Criteria Formula Language does not have syntax for referencing the first bar of the day, the time of day, number of bars in a day for a specific Time Frame or number of bars in a day which have passed so far.
Thank you for your suggestion. It has been assigned case number 7422.

No, this suggestion has not yet been implemented in TC2000. I do not know when or if any particular suggestion might be implemented.

I wanted to followup on this feature request that has been open for more than 2.5 years.
It has been open since May 2012 and the last followup was on June 2014.
Abiltity to plot open range (15 or 30 or 60) is a much needed feature. Needless to say every other charting platform has this feature out of the box.
It has been asked by many tc2k users in the forum (simple search would result many hits).
Either add such an indicator or expose APIs for people to be able to build such indicators.
Thank you for yor help in following up on this important feature to add to the tc2k platform at the earliest.
