 How can I get my PCF to be plotted in the top price chart area?

 Click on Price History and select Add Indicator | Custom PCF Indicator and then edit the Custom PCF Indicator to enter your formula in the Formula box.

If you need the formula in the same Scale as Price, you will need to add a Custom PCF Channel Indicator instead. You will use your formula as the Indicator Line Formula and set the Channel Width Formula to something which always returns zero such as C - C.
