How can you import a scan from TC2007 to TC2000 v12?

I do not know of a way to import a specific EasyScan from TeleChart 2007 into TC2000 version 12 as a Scan.

You can import all of your EasyScans from TeleChart 2007 into TC2000 version 12 as Scans by selecting File | Import settings from TeleChart 2007. If you uncheck everything besides EasyScans, only your EasyScans will be imported. You have to be using a computer where TeleChart 2007 is installed to do this.

It should probably be noted that if you have already done this, it will re-import any EasyScans which have already been imported and that the result will be two copies of each of those Scans in TC2000 version 12.

The duplicates problem with importing has been corrected in TC2000 version 12.  You will be prompted to overwrite or not import if the scan already exists in TC2000.
