When I open Chart Templates, I am able to easily remove the ones that have Xs to the far right. However, many more do not have Xs. When I right-click on a particular Chart Template, I see "Silverlight" and "Remove This Application".
To remove a Chart Template, should I use the "Remove This Application" option? Secondly, what effect will this have, if any, on my TC2007 Chart Templates?

I do not know of a way to delete Chart Templates with long names in the TC2000.com version 11 beta. TC2000 version 12 abbreviates long Chart Template names however so the X will appear however.
Selecting Remove This Application will do exactly what it says. It will remove the TC2000 application from your computer. This would not be what you want to select if you just want to remove a Chart Template.
Removing a Chart Template from TC2000 will not remove the same Chart Template from TeleChart 2007.

You said, "This would not be what you want to select if you just want to remove a Chart Template."
There are many Templates I would like to remove. If I were to uninstall Telechart 2000 v11 and then download Telechart 2000 v 12, would I lose anything in the process? PCFs, Easy Scans, Layouts, Templates, etc.???
Does v12 have more bugs because it is new? Or, maybe less bugs?

There are quite a few bug fixes and new features in TC2000 version 12 compared to the TC2000.com version 11 beta. When you install version 12, it should bring in all of your settings from the version 11 beta. You do not have to uninstall version 11 to install version 12 and you can in fact run both programs simultaneously.

Just a programmer's two cents ...
Bruce alluded to it above, but there are usually two main reasons to release a new version of any software:
1) Fix any bugs in the previous version (at least, those bugs that have been identified).
2) Introduce new features not available in the previous version.
So there's always a trade-off: the "old bugs" are usually gone, but there's always the possibility that any new features might have introduced "new bugs".
That's probably the main reason that, as Bruce mentioned. you can run both versions ... depending on your needs & wants, you may prefer one version or the other ... at least until the next version is released.

Hopefully, I'm a better trader than a golfer.
