In TC2000 what would be a personal criteria formula for Volume Buzz >150%

 It is not possible to create a Personal Criteria Formula for Volume Buzz currently. The closest thing you can do is compare the Volume to the 100-Period Simple Moving Average of Volume using a Daily Time Frame:

V > 1.5 * AVGV100

This will obviously not take into account the time of day like Volume Buzz does however.
