Looking for a PCF for the EXP Moving Avg 9 crossing up, when the MACD 12 26 is below 0, and also crossing down when the MACD 12 26 is above 0.

Exponential MACD 12,26,9 Signal Line crossing up through raw MACD while raw MACD is below zero:

XAVG(XAVGC12,9) - XAVG(XAVGC26,9) > XAVGC12 - XAVGC26 AND XAVG(XAVGC12.1,9) - XAVG(XAVGC26.1,9) <= XAVGC12.1 - XAVGC26.1 AND XAVGC12 < XAVGC26
