my 30 day trial is almost up but i want to cancel it before i am billed automaticly where do i go to do this?

If you are using TC2000 v12 or TC2000 v16 you can cancel ar adjust your subscription from within TC2000.

Please contact customer service if you wish to adjust or terminate your data subscription.
All e-mail communication sent to support@worden.com during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM-9PM and Saturday 9AM-3PM ET except holidays) should be answered within 20 minutes of arrival.

Looks like you already figured out how to turn off the service inside the software. Your account expires on 2/13/2016 and will not renew.
