Opposite of upside break

I have been trying to formulate the opposite of this up side break out formula with no luck, can someone please help.

H > MAXH25.1 AND V >= 2 * AVGV6.1 AND MAXH25.1 <= C26 * 1.25 AND MINL25 >= C26 * .75 AND V > 4000

As far as I can tell, the only thing that would probably get changed in reversing this formula would be the first term:

L < MINL25.1 AND V >= 2 * AVGV6.1 AND MAXH25.1 <= C26 * 1.25 AND MINL25 >= C26 * .75 AND V > 4000
