 I have several folders in the /User / metastock folder. They appear to be portfolios that I am interested in. How did these folders get in the metastock folder and how can i change or update them?

 The folders are normally the result of selecting Databank | Smart Export | MetaStock. You can adjust the contents of a Folder by exporting the desired WatchList to the same Folder to which it was previously exported.
