Do any of the function keys allow me to use 5 full days for the weekly chart excluding today?

No, but you might be able to work around this to some extent. If you select the end date you want for one of your Weekly Bars on a Daily Chart and then use the backslash key (\) to activate slash charts, when you switch to a Weekly Chart, you should have the desired Weekly Bars. If you scroll all the way to the right however, it will revert to the correct Weekly Bars with the most recently downloaded data being the end date of the last Bar.
