Michael Thompson's layout using 2 date pointers. Where can I find to download to SF5?

Michael shared a Layout called %ChgBetweenDates (there are 2 similar ones) contain the tools he used in the Webinar (as a Shared file, you would currently have to get it using StockFinder 4).
