I need a profit target and stop loss percentage as a function of average daily range.  Is there a way to do that in stockfinder?

I do not know of a way to do so besides completely reconstructing the BackScan in RealCode. This is rarely practical as the RealCode required can be very complicated and any changes to the BackScan would require similar alterations to the RealCode as well.

The ATR Exit Strategy contains an example of creating the BackScan entirely in RealCode using an ATR Stop to give you an idea of what is involved.
