I have just tried to log in to Telechart 2005 and after it does the auto log in a new box opens up stating my trial period with Xceed has expired and this results in me not being able to open up Telechart 2005. I have no idea what Xceed straming is. What is going on ?
Thanks.

It sounds like a trial version of the Xceed controls has been installed at some point on your computer. We use a compression utility developed by Xceedfrom them. I would try re-installing TeleChart to re-register the controls.

Thank You for your reply . Since your reply I've been trying to solve this problem. I'm uninstalled and installed Telechart 2005 a number of times since your last post but to no avail. I found the Xceed files on my computer, XceedSco.dll, XceedSco.dll and XceedZip.dll. I removed them and deleted from my recycle box and then installed Telechart 2005. At the end of the installation I noticed it was installing the exact same Xceed files etc that I'd just got rid of ?
HELP !!!
It all results in me not being able to open up Telechart 2005.

You're going to need to contact our technical support staff about this one. They can be reached via email at support@worden.com or by telephone at (919)408-0542. Hours are M-F 9AM-9PM and Saturday 9AM-3PM EDT.

I will forward this to the tech support staff and ask them to contact you. If you try to reach them, and they try to reach you, hopefully contact will be made more quickly.

Thank You. Additionally, the problem I'm experiencing is only an issue when I turn the PC off and then log in to Telechart 2005. I can use TC 2005 ok after after I've downloaded it but once I turn my PC off thats when I'm in trouble !!
