Is there a preset scan to search for stocks consolidating for at least 30 days that have broken out to the upside? I dont want to restrict the dollar value or percentage in a PCF.

If not - would it be possible to create one and if so how? Thanks.

You've stated techniques and definitions you don't want to use to identify consolidating stocks. What we need to have to help you is an unambiguous objective definition that you do want to use to identify consolidating stocks. You may wish to review the following:

EasyScan Design for Breakouts and Bouncers
Scan for stocks bouncing in a lateral channel
Spotting trend changes using linear regression channel sorts
