I only want to know what the "news buzz" is from the prior days close to the opening of the current day. Can I set this in the indicator?

 The Time Frame of News Buzz is 1-Day. I cannot think of an automated way to determine what portion of the News Buzz (or raw News Count) happened when at a finer granularity.
