I believe this formula works, I started with C >= AVGC200 and then added one and so and so until I got this C124 >= AVGC200.124, then it wasnt giving me true conditions, any help

Are you trying to Plot something in Excel or create a Personal Criteria Formula in Excel for use in TeleChart?

If you are trying to Plot something in Excel, we can't help you (we don't support third party products).

If you are trying to create a PCF for use in TeleChart, do you have Include Criteria which require more than 250 days of history (slower) checked? C124 >= AVGC200.124 requires 325 days of data and will not calculate if this is not checked.

If this is not the issue, is the formula just C124 >= AVGC200.124 or is it more complicated? If the formula has too many conditions, it just may not meet them all.

Is this the entire formula?

C124 >= AVGC200.124

Yes, it can certainly wait until tomorrow (or longer if necessary).

When I copy and paste your formula into TeleChart and update my Personal Criteria Formulas, lots of symbols return True. Are you getting True results for C >= AVGC200 and not getting True results for C124 >= AVGC200.124 or does neither formula produce True results? How are you determining if the results are True or not? Is the formula used as an EasyScan Condition or as a Sort Column?

Good Morning Bruce,

I am getting true results for C >= AVGC200 and all the way up to C123 >= AVGC200.123 but when I tried C124 >= AVGC200.124 and then C125 >= AVGC200.125, I didnt get any

I am using the formula as a sort column

I can't reproduce this. It reads like there may be a data or program corruption of some sort. You may wish to contact technical support to see if they can identify and correct the issue (you should probably mention this topic and that you have already discussed this with customer training).

All e-mail communication sent to support@worden.com during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM-11PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM-3PM ET) should be answered within 20 minutes of arrival.

For an even quicker response to tech support questions, we recommend calling our voice line at (919) 408-0542 (there is no phone support on Sundays, some Market Holidays or after 9PM ET on weekdays).

You can also contact us using Live Chat Support during business hours.
