I have a gold account and I find it difficult to set a volume level for a easy scan.I am looking for shares with average daily volume of 250,000. What would that setting look like in the easy scan values.

I would create the following PCF:

AVGV50>=2500

(volume is in hundreds.  You can change the 50 to anything to change the average period)

Once created and calcualted you can use it in any EasyScan.'

Sure.

Create this PCF:

AVGV50

Once calculated it will give you a range selector when added to an EasyScan.
