I just finished upgrading from the Gold trial to the 2 year Platinum. I was told to exit and reenter the software. I am being asked questions about TCNet that I don't have answers for and the software still says Gold. What am I doing wrong?

If you are new to TeleChart READ THIS FIRST!
It reads like the program is attempting to have you fill out the exchange agreements (which are required by the exchanges for you to use Real Time data). If these are not filled out by you, we cannot provide Platinum service.
If you need help with this (or if you have completed the agreements and TeleChart still starts as Gold), please contact technical support.
