I've been trying to find the cost for using the Blocks Software and can't seem to find it. Can someone provide info?

OK...apparently there is a problem with someone answering this question. Let me ask this question in a slightly different way. Why should I drive 300 miles to attend a 'free' trraining session on Blocks 3 when I have no idea whatsoever what the cost of using blocks will be? Come on! will someone give some sort of answer!

2hands4u,
The Blocks software is free. You choose the data services you want.
-Blocks Data Services (all prices monthly)-
US Stocks Basic $39 ($19.50 if active on TeleChart Gold, free if active on TeleChart Platinum)
US Stocks Real Time $59
US Financials and Fundamentals by Hemscott $15
US Zacks Earnings Estimates and Analyst Ratings $10
Canadian Stocks Basic $39
Canadian Financials and Fundamentals by Hemscott $15
Canadian Zacks Earnings Estimates and Analyst Ratings $10
US Mutual Funds $15
Services in bold are base services and required if you want the add-on services listed below them.
Class attendees get a chance to try their choice of services for 3 weeks free.
We can only handle a limited number of Blocks users at this point so you can only get it at the classes. Hope to see you there.

Thank you StockGuy for the info.
Since I'm a Gold user, is it possible to use blocks software with the data that comes with Telechart Gold Service without paying extra?

2hands4u,
TeleChart data cannot be used with Blocks 2 or Blocks 3 (but as noted in the price quotes above, you do receive a discount on the US Stocks Basic service for having TeleChart service as well).

Technically this is not absolutely true. One must subscribe and have an active data service to use Blocks. If you have the software and "out of date" data, i.e. your service has expired, Blocks as currently configured will not work.

You are correct. What we mean is there is no up-front cost for the software itself then monthly fees for the data. You only pay for the data. You don't have to buy the program then pay for data (like other companies).
