Wednesday 2/20's submission by Sir Cluster he suggests overlaying 3 Fib natural growth and decay simple moving averages. One for the minor trend, int. trend, and primary trend. What are the natural growth decay SMA's ( as opposed to retracements)and how do I do this?

Welcome to the forums. A very good foundation for learning how to use TeleChart can be gained by reviewing the following:

If you are new to TeleChart READ THIS FIRST!

They are just Simple Moving Averages of the Periods specified.

Minor Trend: 5-Period Simple Moving Average
Intermediate Trend: 13-Period Simple Moving Average
Primary Trend: 34-Period Simple Moving Average

You would add these Moving Averages to the chart the same way you would add any other Moving Average:

Select Chart Template | Add Indicator | Moving Average | Price.

You may wish to review the following:

Adding, removing and saving indicators to a chart template
What is a Fibonacci natural ratio growth and decay simple moving averages

Bruce, are you saying that Sir Cluster is referring to price SMA's rather than some sort of SMA applied to the Fibonacci retracements? I think this is the confusing part.

Yes they are of price.

The "fib" is the length used.

Thanks

diceman is correct.  Fibonacci refers to the number sequrence.  Retracements are just another way to use the number sequence.  The knight uses the number sequence to choose the periods of his moving averages on price.
